Question does anyone know exactly what part of Yoyogi park the crazy Rockabilly guys hang out? And do they only hang out on Sunday? Much thanks.

They are only about 120-150m southwest of the bridge where the Harajuku girls hang out. Go over the pedestrian bridge about 75m from the Harajuku girls.
Not sure if they are there any other days than Sunday.

There's no need to go over the pedestrian bridge if you are coming from Harajuku station. Walk past the cosplay girls (if there are any- there seems to be very few these days), then continue around the corner towards the park.
The rockabillies used to be tight inside the gate but they have changed the layout of that area this year so they were a bit further in 3 weeks ago when I last saw them, but you won't miss them if they are there.
Basically they are only there on Sundays.
