Trying to contact those YH, to make a booking, without any succes.... Fax is not connected or...? What is wrong ?

Some YH have close several days or at least one day in a month.
Also currently it's Golden Week - is the YH currently open? Or closed during this week?
How many days do you already wait for a reply? Written in which language?

The only explanation could be Golden Week as You said... but still... waiting since 30 april, written in both languages: japanese and english...
I'll wait another week and try again I guess...?
