Going to Ikebukuro from Narita at nite.

My flight arrive 930pm T1 Narita.
How do i get to my Hotel at Ikebukuro ??
It's quite late & most of the train service has stop.

No, train services do not stop that early. The last comfortable train connection to Ikebukuro via the Keisei Line does not depart the airport until 22:41:

Nevertheless, for a comfortable arrival, I would rather recommend to stay the first night at a hotel near the airport.

I had to be in Ikebukuro on the next day early morning. Too bad that my flight ETA so late.
I was thinking of getting on the last Keisei Line train to Nippori. Then probably take a taxi to my Hotel. How much will the taxi fare cost ?? Or i'll just take the JR line instead.

If you take the 22:41 Keisei train, you will still have a JR Yamanote Line connection from Nippori to Ikebukuro.
