Koyasan Heritage Pass/Nankai

Is it possible to purchase this pass a day or so in advance?
We will be in and around Namba frequently at night, and would like to purchase this pass before the day of travel, if at all possible.
We plan on travelling from JR Osaka to ShinImamya, and going by Nankai from there to Koyasan.
I know we can buy it at ShinImamiya..just hoping to avoid queues in the morning rush hour....

I am pretty sure that it is possible, but I am not 100% sure. But I have never seen queues during at the Nankai ticket counters, especially not during business rush hours when everybody travels smart with commuter passes and vending machines. I think it would be more effort to go there the night before than to just get them in the morning.
