World Heritage Pass or All Nikko Pass

Hi,

I'm planning for a 2 day trip in Nikko and will like to visit the shrines Lake Chuuzenji.

If I get the World Heritage Pass, I'll end up walking to Chuuzenji which looks like a good 10km+ hike... How much will the bus to Chuuzenji cost?

If I choose to get the All Nikko Pass, the entrance fees to the shrines will not be covered? How much will the entrace fees cost?

I'm trying to find the most economical solution when I visit due to budget concerns.
I only need a pass for 2 days.

Please advice.

Plus a lot of altitude difference. It would be a major hike. Not sure whether there is even a hiking trail.
