Hilton Tokyo Bay to Hamamatsucho

Hello
My family and I are staying at the Tokyo Bay Hilton to go to Disneyland. We are going on a couple of guided tours that depart from Hamamatsucho Bus Terminal. Which train/subways and time allowance would we need to catch for a 9AM departure of the tour?

I recommend to leave the hotel at least 70 minutes before your bus departure and then travel by Disney Monorail, the JR Keiyo Line and the JR Yamanote or Keihin-Tohoku Line via Maihama and Tokyo Stations to Hamamatsucho Station. You will have to walk for 10 minutes between the platforms at Tokyo Station. Note that the trains from Maihama to Tokyo Station are very crowded between 8am and 9am.
