We are trying to get from Kyoto to KIX for a 9:30AM Air China departure. Please help me find a timetable from Kyoto to KIX. Thanks.

The first Haruka leaves Kyoto at 05:46 am and arrive at Kansai A. at 07:11 leaving you only 2 hrs 19 minutes until departure.. A bit tight as 3 hrs is better...
I would stay overnight in a hotel much closer to the Osaka airport..Tennoji, for example, where you can take a JR Kanku rapid leaving Tennoji at 05:37 am, arriving airport at 06:24.
