Sword museums

Which is more worthwhile - the Sword museum in Tokyo Shinjuku area, or is the one in Seki City even better? We wil be in both Tokyo and Nagoya for a few days each, so eaither one is doable. We will not be able to be in Seki City when they do the demonstrations.

The Sword museum in Tokyo is not too big.(though it did have some very cool stuff) I have never been to the one in Nagoya so I can't compare the two.
I found that the National Museum Near Ueno Park has a little of everything. And many more swords than the small "sword museum" near Shinjuku.
