i will be having breakfast at the fish market after that I will be going Kamakura. can someone provide me with transport details using JR or subway ? thanks

Access to Kamakura is explained here: http://www.japan-guide.com/e/e3115.htmlYou can catch the Yokosuka Line at Shimbashi Station, which is a 15 minute walk from Tsukiji Market. Alternatively you can take the Oedo Subyway Line for one station to Shiodome and walk from there to the Yokosuka Line (Shimbashi Station).
