Hellooooo :)
I will arrive at Narita at exactly 16:15. But I would like to know if it is included taking my fingerprints and so on ?
Also, I need to make a call but I don't have a cellphone. How much is it a public phone?
Thank u for ur time

- If that is the arrival time you have in your airline itinerary, that's the estimated time of arrival, meaning, "landing" of the aircraft at Narita. So the time to go through immigration and customs at Narita airport comes after that. - For phones, you "could" rent a mobile phone at the airport for a short-term use (if you are a tourist), or you could use a public phone at the airport - but to what city/prefecture would you be calling? It starts from 10 yen for a local number within Narita city for 1 minute, probably about 40, 50 yen per minute from Narita to a landline number in Tokyo. So if you are going to use public phones (which are becoming less in number these days) it would be better to buy a telephone (prepaid) card.
