Going from Narita to Tokyo

Hi Everyone.

My wife and I are arriving in Tokyo (narita) on August 6th. We're in the area until the 10th when we leave for bangkok.

Can anyone recommend the best way of getting from the airport to downtown. Any suggestions for reasonable hotels in the $100 range (canadian).

We would love to have time to hike Mt. Fugi. Possible in this amount of time? CAn anyone recommend some convenient travel options between tokyo and mt. fuji and possibly a place to stay while there?
