Cheap hotel around Haneda airport

Hi, i am travelling with a friend to Japan in mid Dec and will arrive at Haneda airport at 23:05. I m now looking for some cheap hotel to spend the night before taking domestic flight to Sapporo the next day. I don't mind to travel up to Shinagawa area or even staying at a capsule hotel as long as it is safe, cheap (lower than 8000yen) and easy to a.

The Toyoko Inn Otorii Shinkan is just out the east exit of of the Ootorii station of Keihin Kyuukou Line, Airport Branch Line, and has Y8,800 twins and Y6800 singles. There's a free shuttle to Haneda Airport so it's good for next day flight transfers. A "Jonathan's" family restaurant is across the street.
