The best way is to take the Narita Express to Shinagawa Station and transfer to a kodama train along the Tokaido Shinkansen to Shin-Fuji Station (2.5 hours, 8000 yen one way). From there it is a short taxi ride (3 kilometers) to the hotel. Alternatively there is a direct bus from teh airport to Shin-Fuji Station, but it is infrequent and takes forever (4.5 hours, 5000 yen one way): http://www.keiseibus.co.jp/pc/kousoku/day/nrt01_tm.html#jikokuhyou
