Shinjuku to Haneda 2010/7/5 00:42
Well I hate changes!! I just notice that my JAL plane in Nov. from SFO to NRT has been changed to Haneda. Apparently JAL've changed the schedule after Oct 30. That's not a problem except they also changed the return flight from 5pm to midnight.

I have been in Tokyo 4 times and every time I painless take the limosine bus from NRT to my hotel, and this was especially helpful when I return with so many luggages. Since the flight is now midnight and it looks like the last pick up from the limo bus is 2pm, this will no longer work. I will be carrying 4 luggages and a baby/stroller (2 adults+baby) on the way back, any suggestion of how I can get to Haneda painless with all these baggages? (Assume I get to the airport at 10pm?) Most likely I will stay at the Sunroute Hotel in Shinjuku this time. Thanks!

You could you use a delivery service to send your amazing amount of luggage to the airport ahead of traveling there yourself (I think most companies require you to do so at least two days before travel date, though):

And then take trains to travel to the airport with one transfer along the way:

Late arrival 2010/7/5 13:17
Thanks. Upon further review I think the bigger problem may be when we first arrive Tokyo. We arrive at 22:30, and the last limo bus is 22:50, so doubt we will catch it. Anyone know when is the last train if we use that method?

The last trains are around midnight. So, you should have no problems getting to Shinjuku by train.
