Operating season for Lavender Go bus 2010/7/5 02:01
Hi,

Noticed from Furano tourism website that there is a Furano – Asahikawa Shuttle Bus “Lavender Go” by Furano Bus, does this bus operate during september - october period? (we will be in furano end sept) Where do we buy the bus tickets?

We are interested in visiting the Ningle / Ninguru Terrace, but are planning to stay at JR Furano location, thus am not sure if there is any public transport/bus that will take us there.

Thanks!

It operates year around!

I think you pay inside the bus as explained on the following page:

The Ningle Terrance is located at the Shin-Furano Prince Hotel, which is the last stop of the Lavender-go bus. Alternatively, it is a 10 minute taxi ride from Furano Station.

Ninguru Terrace 2010/7/5 12:35

The above site shows the Lavender Go bus schedule between Furano and Asahikawa and it runs year round, just takes longer during winter times. The bus stops at New Furano Prince Hotel and Ningle/Ninguru Terrace is right across the parking lot of the hotel. When you go to Ninguru Terrace, be sure to stay after dusk when the place is beautifully lit up.
