Tokyo to Sapporo bus and ferry deal

I've come across this offer http://www.sunflower.co.jp/english/ferry/campaign/story/index.shtml

It seems to be a bus ride to Orai,ferry to Hokkaido and bus to Sapporo for Y9900.
The reservation page is in Japanese so I can't work out too much about details.
Is it possible to return Sapporo-Tokyo the same way?
Is this a good deal?

Yes. The page is pretty clear about the fact that the offer is available for travel in both directions. The cost of 9900 yen, though, is the one way fare.
