Does anybody know if there is a bus going from Hakone-en to Odawara station as early as possible, appr. around 9 am?
And how much does the ticket cost?

The first direct bus from Hakone-en to Odawara departs Hakone-en at 9:15. They are operated by Izuhakone and are not covered by the Hakone Free Pass.
