From Kansai Airport to Tokyo and back

greetings,
to save on air fare, we will be flying to japan via cebu pacific and will land in kansai airport osaka. then we will make a trip to tokyo where we are booked and will stay for 5 days. after that we will return to kansai for our trip back to manila. what could be the reasonable and cheapest option going to tokyo and back to kansai without missing our flight?

How much cheaper was your flight into Kansai (vice Narita) compared to buying a round trip ticket to/from Tokyo?

If I am not wrong by overnight bus, wll cost u about 9000yen to Tokyo and back. By JR Shinkansen, around 22,000yen. So is yr savings on yr air-ticket worthwhile?
Suggest u stay and sightsee around Kansai area instead.
