Reservation with Super Hotel Takayama

Few days ago I made a reservation with Super Hotel Takayama. Submitted the reservation and a new page appeared with a lot of Japanese words which I do not understand. Getting anxious as I have not received any email confirmation from them. Anyone booked with them before and can tell me how long it takes for them to reply.
Also I wanted to log in to check but it says "Log in to cancel membership".

I think Super Hotel did have an English website. Maybe you try to log in and check via English website?

Thanks for your response. I contacted them in the end after a few unsuccessful tries. Luckily there was someone who could speak English. Took us a while to figure out my problem. After completing the registration form I have to submit and then hit the reservation button which I did not. Easier to register first then make reservations.
