Naruko Onsen to Fukushima Area

I would like to go to Aizu-Wakamatsu, Kitakata, Inawashiro and Bandai Kogen. How should I arrange my itinerary if my previous night stay at Naruko Onsen.
I am using public transportation.

I would take the train to Aizu, check into your hotel and see the other sights in side trips from Aizu. 2-3 days are needed.
