How to travel from Osaka to Mt Fuji

Hi,

I would like to check, how do i travel from Osaka to Mt Fuji.
I've searched and found some info as below:
- from ShinOsaka stat-take JR Tokaido Shinkansen to Mishma stat, then take a Fujikyu bus to Kawaguchiko stat.

Is that the fastest route?
Also, where can i find the timetable for the Shinkansen and also Fujikyu bus?
How long does it takes to reached Kawaguchiko from Osaka?

my hotel checkout time is 10am, i need to know the timing of the bus and shinkansen so that i won't miss the timing.

For the shinkansen (there are direct hikari trains every two hours):

三島駅 refers to Mishima Station
御殿場駅 refers to Gotemba Station
河口湖駅 refers to Kawaguchiko Station
◎ and ▲ mean that the bus only operates on weekends and public holidays
