We really need help.
We plan to stay in Osaka for 4 days then take Shinkansen to Tokyo and stay there for 7 days.
In Osaka, we have no idea where to go. The only place we're recommended is the Kaiyukan Aquarium. We need your suggestions.
For Tokyo, we'd like to visit Gotemba Premium Outlets, Hakone, and places around Tokyo (Imperial Palace, Harajuku, Asakusa Temple, Omotesando, Tsukiji Fish Market, etc.)
Should we buy the JR Pass? Or would it be cheaper if we buy only one-way ticket from Osaka to Tokyo and Osaka 2-day Pass?
Thank you very much.

Even we'd go to those places in Osaka and Tokyo?
Should we get Osaka 2-day Pass and Hakone Free Pass instead? What about Tokyo? Because we're arriving at Kansai, not Narita.
Could we find Tokyo 7-day Pass or something somewhere else?

It's like saying you have no idea where to go in Sukhotai & Ayutthaya. Osaka and round is by far the best place to see the historical Japan.
Check out the pages Uji gave you.

JR Pass makes sense only if you make a major, long, interregional travel. A short train ride within the city costs 300yen or less.
Kinds of 1 day unlimited pass make sense only if you catch a train several times in the city.
To get more accurate advice, you should make your itinerary first. ;)
