Mt. Fuji and Fuji-Q day trip

I will be going back to Japan in Sept and will be staying in the Ota area in Tokyo. I want to see the 5th station on mt. Fuji, spend some time in fuji q highland and get back to Tokyo all in one day. Any help? Thank you
