The next day, I will start to Osaka Castle (and other if interesting)

Hi!@I welcome your Osaka visit. The outskirts of both hotels are busy streets. but The surrounding of both hotels can comparatively feel relieved except the middle of the night. and it is easy to access transportation. (It is few minutes from an underground station) Please ask again if You want another information. I can do it with pleasure.

Super Hotel

I stayed for a week in the Super Hotel City Osaka, which was very convenient. Internet, air condition, very clean rooms and a big bed. For women, you get bathing accessoirs for free. There is a gender-separated hot spring in the basement (which is inclusive). Massage is also very cheap. Breakfast is western style, and costs extra. I remember paying about 6500 yen/night.
Address is 3-6-35, EDOBORI, NISHI-KU, OSAKA 550-000

I already reserve for New Osaka Hotel, where is located near ShinOsaka Station.
So, could you please advice the transportation for my trip.
1. I will reach Kansai hten, direct to USJ. 2. I will back to hotel for check-in. 3. The next day, I will travel around Osaka for half day before taking Shinkansen to Tokyo. Pls. suggest the interesting place and train station to take off e.g. Osaka Castle, Osaka Aquarium.
(This trip, I will go with my son 7 years-old and my hubby.)
Thank you again and so happy to get information from all of you.

Velta Kitahama

Velta Kitahama is conveniently located above the Kitahama subway station via Sakaisuji-line. It is also above the keihan-line, having a straight train to kyoto which is superbly convenient! I went there during the christmas-new year period in 2007. Although the rooms were small, but very neat. They also have a 24 hr full fledged convenience store right beside the hotel, hence very convenient for families and kids. The hotel is situated in the business district (i suppose) because when i was there at the festive season, the streets were empty. (i suppose the offices were on holiday for the new year.) Breakfasts were basic and good, more of Japanese breakfast though.
