For the seat purpose you mean I can ride Keisei Limited Express the train at Nipporri instead of Ueno. After 5 day in Japan, we will had full load of 1 or 2 heavy luggages. I know in Japan the railway station very crowded and very complicated for foreigner, the Nippori station will it easy access or have difficulty(staircase up & down) for our girs carry with the heavy luggage to ride the Keisei Limited Express?

You have to go up and down and walk a bit in between the tracks if you are transfering from Yamanote line. Hoever, the station is equipped with elevators.

So, I think limousine bus is a better option, since it provides door to door (from bus stop to departure terminal) service.
