Public bath near Narita Airport

I'll have to wait my flight for 10 hours at Narita Airport. Does anyone know if there is a public bath inside or near Narita Airport where to relax before the next flight? I read there are some Onsen Japanese style ryokan in Narita City, do they give the opportunity to guests to have bath even if they don't stay for the night?
