My first time was from KIX to a hotel near Shinosaka station. My Japanese extended to "excuse me I am looking for" and I was lucky enough to walk out of the correct exit and straight up to a policeman. Here is the bus schedule and details http://www.limousinebus.co.jp/en/platform_searches/index/4/214Or take the Keikyu train to Shinagawa. They run approximately at 12'-15' intervals. It costs Y400 and takes 23'. From there you proceed to the main concourse and then go down to take a Yamanote Loop train in the direction of Shinjuku/Shibuya. It is the 'outer loop' and the trains run every 3'-4'. The trip takes 20' and costs Y190. There are other methods but this is the simplest way by train. http://www.sunlite.co.jp/index-e.htm is an area map for your hotel Do not be afraid to get into a taxi for a short trip if you are disoriented after getting off the bus or train. The flag fall will cover the short fare. I offer both choices of travel from the airport as the train is about half the price of the bus. Good luck
