The website is rather confusing (probably due to me using Google Translate).
I think it is simply a badly designed website.
Does the boat leave from Asakusa at 10:10, or does it leave from Odaiba at that time. I'd be interested in leaving from Asakusa.
Departures from Asakusa:
10:10, 13:20, 15:20 and 17:20
But the 17:20 departure only operates if there is enough demand (to be decided the previous afternoon)
Departures from Odaiba:
12:10, 14:15 and 16:15
Again, the 16:15 departure only operates if there is enough demand
Himiko does not operate on the second Tuesday of each month and the following day, except in August, when the boat operates everyday.

Is it hard to get on the Himiko?
Wikitravel seemed to indicate to get there early to avoid it being sold out. Would that be the case on a Thursday at 10:30am?
