We are staying at Hakone Hyatt hotel and want to visit Fujiyoshida and Lake Kawaguchi. Is it possible in a day?

Yes, it is possible to visit the Fuji Five Lake region in a day trip from Hakone. Transportation between the two areas is explained here:
