Half day in Tokyo

While going to Niigata i will stay at Tokyo for 1 day. More exactly we Arrive at Narita at 10am and will live in this hotel
Hotel Villa Fontaine SHIODOME
1-9-2 Higashi-shinbashi Minato-ku
Tokyo, 105-0021
We depart from Tokyo nex day early morning
So please give me sightseeing suggestion for such short time.
Also evening suggestion (where to drink sake and slightly relax after flight) will be appreciated

I think you will arrive to hotel around 2pm. Your accomodation is very near to Hamarikyu Gardens and also not too far from Hibiya park and the Imperial Palace. If you're running out of time and want to see one of the main sites of Tokyo then I think it's not a bad idea.
But keep in mind that they're open until 5pm.
Shiodome is a "city in a city", so it is possible to find a place to relax around your hotel in walking distance.
