Hi,we need some advise on the Izu Flower train in Izu Peninsula.Need to made booking in advance in 2nd week of Nov?

You don't need booking before.

November is not high season. maybe. You can buy tickets in the field. But all seat is special seat. You have to reserve your seat at the station.

But possibility there is no flower train now. It changes the name Resort 21 and trains printing has been changed, I think.
