JR Train to Gifu-Hashima

Hi,
Should I go from Narita Airport to JR Tokyo station and then take shinkansen to Gifu-Hashima or I should go through Shinagawa to avoid the crowd? I arrive in Narita at around 3PM so I should be on the Narita to Tokyo train by 4:30 the latest.
