Kawaguchiko - Koyodai

Can anyone tell me how to get to Koyodai at the earliest time from Fuji-Yoshida Station or Kawaguchiko Station?

In Japanese it's, "紅葉台."

The easiest way is to take the Saiko-Aokigahara Retro Bus from Kawaguchiko Station and get off at the Saiko Minshuku bus stop (65). The earliest bus departs at 9:10 and takes about 30 minutes to reach your stop. Here's a hiking map:

I need to get there earlier than 9am especially if it takes time to hike.

Where can I take a taxi around 7:30am?

You can take a taxi from Kawaguchiko Station. Its about 11km which would cost about 3000 yen by regular taxi. Instead of the first trailhead I would consider beginning at the horse station which is marked as point B on this map:
