1) Are there lockers at Shimbashi Station?
2) Are lockers at Shimbashi and Shinjuku Station very popular such that it runs out as I will drop my haversack around 8am.

I cant imagine they would run out at either location - they are located in several places at Shinjuku - probably at Shinbashi as well.
