Tokyo Day Pass 2010/11/5 23:30
Hi. Need your advice on Day Passes for Tokyo. We arrive in Haneda and stay near Shirokanedai station.

We are thinking of doing the following:
6 Dec - Ginza, Otemachi, Iidabashi, Shinjuku, Omotesando

12-14 Dec - Kichijoji, Azabu Juban, Roppongi, Akabanebashi, Harajuku, Shinjuku, Shibuya

Which pass would you recommend? Is it more economical to buy the pass (Tokyo Free Kippu (1580 yen) or Toei and Tokyo Metro One-Day Economy Pass (1000 yen) or Tokyo Metro Open Ticket (1-day: 600 or 710 yen; 2-day: 980 yen) or just pay per fare?

I would go for a Suica prepaid card and pay regular fares. But you can use the following tool to try to figure out whether some of these passes might save you a few hundred yen:
