Matsumoto bus office

We intend to travel on Nohi buses from Matsumoto to Shin-hotaka, Takamaya, Shirakawa-go and back to Matsumoto - 4th to 7th Feb 2011. So we want to buy the Alps Shinsyu/Hida Open ticket http://www.nouhibus.co.jp/english/index.html

Understand that we can buy the open ticket at Matsumoto bus office/station. But we are arriving Matsumoto on 3 Feb around 7pm and wants to take the early morning bus to Shin-hotaka on 4th Feb. Our questions are:
- what is the opening/closing hours of the office/station
- do we buy the open ticket only on the 1st day of travel 4 Feb or can we buy it in advance on 3rd feb (if the office is still open)

Wikipedia mentions 5:45 to 22:15.

I am not sure whether advance purchase is possible, but I suspect so.

According to this page, the office at Matsumoto bus terminal is open 6:00 - 20:00, everyday.

When you buy a ticket, you will be asked about the period of use. So, I think , you can buy a ticket anytime.
