Tickets for Tobu Spacia express

Hey Guys,
I want to buy tickets on the Asakusa - Toub-nikko SPACIA trains but I cant seem to book them through the Tobu website - http://www.tobu.co.jp/foreign/index.html -
It only seems to allow bookings for the SPACIA train when you buy a special pass (all nikko, world heritage and kinugawa theme park) as well and not before.

Originally we were going to buy a world heratige pass but our trip is for three days, not two, and the site will not allow you to book a return trip on the SPACIA outside of the two days that the pass is valid for.

Is there another site you can book just the seats on the SPACIA trains on? or is there an email address to contact Tobu on directly to try and speak with them? There isn't one listed on the above site either...

Unless you visit on some busy day, you should be able to make the reservation just before boarding on the day of travel at the station. Alternatively you can make them ahead of your travel date at Tobu stations or Tobu Travel agencies.
