Ski resort near osaka for young kid

Hi,
I am going to Osaka on 22nd Feb with my sister's family. I am planning to bring my nephews to play snow for the first time. Since Osaka is not a good place to catch snow, i am thinking to bring them somewhere that is near to Osaka to play with snow. i have done some survey and now thinking to choose between Rokku Mt at Kobe or Bakuwa valley Shiga at Kyoto. Anyone has been there? Any suggestion which one is better?appreciate your help on this!
