Hi, I will be in Japan for 9-10 days and I will travel to Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, Nara, Kobe, and Hiroshima. Any suggestions of local specialties? not too much $$$$ -- MAX $100USD for my wife and I (per meal of course). You know -- decent price while experiencing the true local cuisine. Definitely Fugu, Unagi, Ramen, Udon, Kobe Beef. Please give the name and where to find it (website) or any websites have these info will do. thanks in advance

For ramen, Ippudo is a good choice. They usually have English menu. 43 locations throughout Japan: www.ippudo.com
