Also, what are the recommended places to visit if I use the resort Villa Kitakaruizawa as a base? I have 6 nights there. I have in mind Nagano and Matsumoto and on the checkout day, will make a trip down the Alpine Kurobe route, ending at Toyama. Thanks.
