Hello,
We will be in Japan on April 2nd and would like to know if we can buy the Seishun 18 Kippu which is sold until March 31st but can be used until April 10th.

You can't buy it through JR anymore, but some discount ticket stores (found around major stations) might still have some Seishun 18 Kippu on sale (possibly partially used).
