My boss will be leaving from HK to Tokyo on 16 March and landing in Haneda Airport . Would you mind to keep me inform whether the flight is still according to the schedule. Thank you.

As of now, many flights do not operate on schedule, but there is a high chance that they will by the 16th.
The best thing you can do is consult with your airline.

But according to Continental Airlines all flights today are cancelled and are allowing all customers with departing/arriving flights from now to March 15th to reschedule.
My flight to Tokyo from SFO (america) is not yet cancelled and is predicted to continue on schedule next week.
