Utoro minshuku /Rebun YH

have anyone stayed in Utoro minshuku Lantern(民宿航灯ランタン)? is this minshuku near to Utoro Onsen bus terminal and how far if I walk.

I also plan to stay at Momoiwa-so Youth Hostel at Rebun, and it seems the hostel is closed till end May. does it mean I can book from 1st Jun onwards?

I would expect that reservations are accepted before the opening of the hostel. Maybe even now. Have you tried contacting them?
