Surutto Thru Pass - Buy more than one?

I know that the Surutto Kansai Thru Pass can only be used by one person. However can one person buy more than one thru pass?

There is no limit on the number of passes you can buy. But it is somewhat challenging to think of an itinerary that would justify the purchase more than two passes.
