Shinjuku to Gotemba outlet mall?

I will be buying a Hakone free pass but would like to visit Gotemba outlet mall. I would like to find out:
1) Will it be faster to take the bus from gora station to gotemba outlet mall or straight from shinjuku?
2) Is there a bus from gora station to gotemba outlet mall? What are the timings?
3) What time is the last bus from gotemba outlet mall to Gora station?

Is there a bus from gora station to gotemba outlet mall? What are the timings?Yes, here are the departure times: http://www.hakone-tozanbus.co.jp/pdf/13505-003001.pdfThe ride takes about 45 minutes.
