just after some advise on our trip since the recent devestation in the north and the things that we see and here on the news
1. Arrive Kansai airport 6.30 23/3 should we book into the airport hotel or battle our way to accomadation at Weekly mansion Osaka at Otemae after our flight?
2. should we change plans for visiting Tokyo we had planned 3 days 29/3 - 31-3
may be go south from Osaka (Hiroshima? Kyoto?)
our plans were 23/3-27th Osaka, 27/3-29/3 Fukui,29/3-31/3 tokyo

It is difficult to say how long the power shortages will continue. There is a good possibility that they will still persist on your planned visiting date. If that is the case, then visiting some western or souther destinations would be a recommended alternative.
