how to purchase starflyer ?

intend to purchase online tokyo-osaka route:
1) the web site only accept japanese character name to be fill in at the reservation site, how are foreigner to purchase it?
2) if we using translate, will they be a problem when check in as the name may not same as what the passport shown?
3)does the web accept international credit card for payment?

Those who read Japanese, can use the website. I don't think that residency in Japan is required. Just a credit card.

No passports are involved for domestic flights. As long as your credit card works and you are able to show that credit card at the airport, there should be no problem.
