Hirobun in Kibune 2011/4/23 23:20
Hi,
Anybody been to Hirobun Restaurant in Kibune to eat Soumen noodles on platforms over the river?
I read about it from a blog and wants to try. When do they start to serve the noodles? I read it is served during Summer, I will be in Kyoto in late May, will it be served then? Also do they serve for a single customer and how much do they charge for it?

Thanks! :)

I haven't been, but I plan on going there this summer. Their website, http://hirobun.co.jp/menu/index.html says that they start serving nagashi soumen from the beginning of May until the end of September. The cost is 1200 yen per person, so single customers are fine.
