Rainy Season Question

I'll be visiting Japan from July 7th to July 21st. How will the rainy season affect the areas of Tokyo, Kyoto, and Hiroshima/Miyajima?
Is it going to ugly and cloudy every single day?

So, all time is not be bad weather,
but 2-3 days(longest) keeping rainy day,too.
This summer be same pattern or not yet.
(many hotdays or rainy days)
