New year celebration

Any advice on where I should go for new year eve? Not indoor- I fancy seeing Japanese culture and their way!

As for us, we are planning to visit zojoji temple near Tokyo tower where 3000 balloons attached with prayer messages, are flown into the air with the countdown.
